Our Repair Workflow

Initial Inquiry and Quotation
The customer contacts us via phone, email, or online inquiry form. Based on the information provided, we send an initial quote for the repair.

Pick Up Coordinated
We arrange the pickup of the vacuum pump from the customer’s facility (within Southern California).

Repair Process
The pump enters our repair queue and goes through the following stages:
Initial inspection and testing
Teardown and decontamination
Resurfacing of hard parts
Replacement of worn or faulty components
Reassembly of the pump

Final Testing
After reassembly, the pump undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets factory specifications.

Preparation for Delivery
The pump is painted, labeled, and securely wrapped to be ready for delivery.

Delivery Coordinated
Once payment is received (via purchase order or credit card), we coordinate delivery back to the customer’s facility.
